Our Restoration Projects

Our own projects are moving right along. Now that I picked up some more supplies, the 1977 Trans-Am restoration for my son, Mason, will start up again. This is the car that started SCC. It is my old 1977 Trans-Am that I located in order to restore it for my son. It had been a little over a decade since I had last laid eyes on her.

You can read the whole story by clicking the link below.

Featured here is Mason, the proud owner!

We are about to start a drive to help raise money to finish Mason’s car. It is a complete frame off restoration, which as you know, is very costly even when you do a majority of the work yourself.

If you would like to see the behind the scenes of the “chase” that located her and brought her home all the way to present day pictures click the link below.

My 1980 Firebird has its 1977 Trans-Am front cap and is about to get a tail pan and tail light conversion. My boys and I took her for a victory lap after the front cap swap.

Be sure to send us an email if we can help you locate a part to help restore your dream, post pictures of your birds, and make some new friends. There are several great members from all over the world!
