Here at SCC we try to stay up to date on the latest information on Firebirds and Trans-Am news, which we post on the SCC website and in the forum, keep you informed on the latest SCC developments, and try to have a little fun.

Coming Soon
The Generations Section on the SCC website is under construction. We are currently gathering information and fine tuning this section as we speak. Stay tuned for more information.

Forum Updates
Forum members have made request and we try to make things happen. The forum itself started off as a request as a branch off the SCC home website and by the time this newsletter was written the forum has 115 topics with 436 posts from its members in just 17 days since its launch on 2/26/08 at 2:24 pm. That is amazing! The forum was created for you, enjoy it!

Another request was for an SCC shirt, so we went a little further and with the help of Motor City Threads was able to give you an entire store.

There have been two recent requests. The first was for a Joke Section on the forum which will be uploaded soon. Please, keep the jokes clean. No ethic or religious jokes please. The second request was for another section which you can read more about below in the Let’s Have Some Fun Section of this newsletter.

SCC Website Updates
Three sections have been recently updated on the website. The first section to be updated was The Nest Section. There are a few new birds in The Nest click http://www.screaminchickenchasers.com/the_nest to see the newest birds resting in the Nest!

The next section to be updated was to the Links Section. We added a Kevin Morgan Designs and the Snowman Project link. Please help make the Snowman Rig dream come alive! We also added a link to the 2008 T/A Nationals. See all the latest links at http://www.screaminchickenchasers.com/links

The final section to be updated was the Hooper’s Garage Talk Section. We have uploaded pictures of the progress on my son’s car. It is currently on hold as I recover from the wreck. As I researched information about neck injuries, I decided to add a great cause to the Hooper’s Garage Talk Section. It is information on The Christopher Reeve Foundation.

Even though I had two fractured vertebra in my neck, a great deal of pain, and a long recovery process, I feel I was very fortunate and blessed in my wreck. There is information and links to The Christopher Reeve Foundation on Hooper’s Garage Talk Section or you can click

Let’s Have Some Fun
The most recent request was for a Racing Section on the SCC forum. The request was made by HotWings, so we have decided to have a Racing Section Name Contest. HotWings requested a section to post some birds that have a little extra under the hood, so we are going to give it a shot.

SCC would like YOU, the members, to name that section. Please submit your ideas for a name to sccforumcontest@screaminchickenchasers.com by March 21st. We will compile the list and submit it for voting on March 28th.

Keep those requests coming in and we will do our best to try to make it happen. The SCC forum is fueled by YOU!
