Hi!
Not sure where to put this, but these are collectibles, so here they are.
Here are photos of my NOS/memorabilia for the 1989 20th Anniversary Turbo Trans Am.
This isn't bragging to show who has the most, but to show others all the stuff that's out there for these cars.
Here's some of my stuff:

One thing about this car, is that you and others can collect items for the '89 Indy 500 as well.
Same with other Pace Car Trans Ams, for both Indy and Daytona.
Not only that, it can up the value of your car.
There is a huge following of Indy memorabilia.
I can list what everything is, if anyone needs.

Enjoy,

George

That's awesome, George! I lust after your display cases. And there's a member of our local club who picked up a TTA Pace car last year just prior to AutoRama. I had previously joked to her that she already had blue and red 3rd Gens; it was her patriotic duty to get a white one. Never did I imagine she would take mer seriously! LOL. But she'd love to see the memorabilia; I'll share the link on the TACH site as she's not yet on SCC.

Cool!
Let her know about http://www.turbotransam.com as well.
I am a mod over there, and there is a ton of information over there.
I don't get big into the fixing or modding of the car, afterall, mine is pretty much stock, and I don't do many mods.
And when something breaks, I pay to have someone work on.
Even though I have all the books on it, half the time, I don't have the time!
Plus, I'd rather have the warrenty if something goes wrong.
Don't get that doing it yourself.
I do work on all my other cars though.
Does she know her car number?
If you can get her last 6 numbers, I can give you/her a real close number, or exact number.
Only true way, is to contact PHS, and send money.
That way, you get a letter with the build number.

Oh,
And I forgot to tell you.
When I lived out in Los Angeles, California, I use to hang out at Comic Book Shops.
Why?
Ha!
Not to buy comic books!
See, they don't always stay in business very long.
Maybe a year or so.
When I knew that they were close to going out of business, I would offer to buy the glass display cases.
They can cost new, up to $800 each!
I offered from $100 to $150 each for them.
It just so happened, that as I was moving, the local shop right across the street, was closing.
I ended up buying 3 cases off him every two weeks, until I bought them all (I bought 8 off him).
I had some really old ones, but ended up selling those, as I like the newer ones better.
Out here, I've had a chance to buy some more, but I don't have room.
Funny thing.
Alot of my friends are buying them now for their collection.
No problem to me, I just get a kick that they say it was their idea, and tell everyone else I copied them.
My pictures prove otherwise.
Ha, the same guy bought parts off me, to fix up his car (after seeing Lisa's car), and put them on his car, and told everyone that he did his car before Lisa did her's.
I showed photos of Lisa's car back in Los Angeles, years before we moved out here.
I guess some people have to be first.
He ended up selling his car, after Lisa told and showed everyone her car, and told the truth.
Now, I don't see him much.
Ha!

Now, in the bottom picture, not everything shown is for the 20th TTA.
This big cabinet is filled with AC-Delco parts for all my cars, I am just showing what I have for the 20th TTA.

It's the Pas/Vatts interagator.

Or, from in your car, and start it.

Is that really Emmo? You look a little like a very trimmed down Hulk Hogan! LOL

Yep!
That's him!
And yes, people always say "Hey Brother" to me.
It is so funny.
I have met in person quite a few real WWE guys, but they are the only ones who don't say it!
He even did this for me.
Here is my dash map pocket signed by Emerson (the winner of the 1989 Indy 500, who also won one of the 3 pace cars) himself.

I'm just glad I have this one:

My car number, even though she isn't a festival car.
The plate is real, and was used in the 1989 Indy 500 race, by a festival car, driven by someone, I don't know who.

Was '89 the year Emmo won the race by crossing the finish line BACKWARDS - after spinning out in the final turn?

I know he won two Indy races,
But in 1989, he bumped into the first place car (I believe it was Unser Jr.), spinning the other guy out, but Emmo didn't cross the finish line first. No way.
Who did?
Or, rather, what car did first?
Well, the only time in Indy History, the 1989 20th Anniversary Turbo Trans Am Pace Car, that's what car!
See, Emmo crashed just one lap down.
So, the Pace Car came out, and took the finish line first!
For some reason, they gave the win to Emmo!

So, you can really say, I have a real winner of a car!
