Hello everyone.
I know quite a few of you, from other websites.
Although I've known about this website for quite awhile now, today I found the time to stop by and visit.
I like what I see, so I thought I'd sign up, and say "Hi" to everyone.

About me.
My name is George, and I am a true Trans Am nut.
Big time.
From collecting all things Trans Am/Firebird related, to having my own website ( http://www.transammotorsports.com ), to being a moderator on a number of other Trans Am/Firebird websites (http://www.turbotransam.com, http://www.anniversaryta.com, http://www.firebirdnation.com).
I too, buy/sell/trade anything related to Trans Ams/Firebirds.
I was lucky enough to have been around when Trans Am Clubs were popular, and belonged to a fair number of them.
Yes, I am old, and was in these clubs back in the 80s.
Too bad most of them went away.
I started a few local clubs, but they didn't last long either, as I moved away (from SoCal, to Northern Arizona).
I've got many hobbies, and I'm sure I'll be posting more about them as time goes on.
Same with my cars.
Bought my first Firebird back in 1976, had my first Trans Am before Smokey and the Bandit movie came out (and yes, I may even hold the record for having the most dates with different girls back then, since I already had the TA-I must have watched that movie with a different girl, at least 3 times a week, every week that movie was out).
Had 11 Trans Ams at one time, 13 in my life so far, and am now down to 5 Trans Ams. Six, but I gave one to my current girlfriend of 16 years now.

Well, I'll sign off for now.
I could write a ton more.

George

Thanks again guys.
And Milly, yes I am still alive and kicking.
Still adding to my collection of Trans Am related items.
The boxes are piling up, since I can no longer display everything.
How about you?

George

I've slowed down my collection a bit George. Still in the hunt, just looking for better deals. Glad you're doing well.
