Great to see her run, Pete - looks like a whole lotta fun. Thanks for sharing. Question for ya: what's the story on that Fiero parked out back?

The story on the Fiero is: I helped my son buy it a couple of years ago. It is a 1987 Fiero SE 4 cyl 5 spd. There was only 1401 of the 4 cyl SE's made in 87 so it's kind of a rare little car. It's even more rare than the 1400 made as most of them have been fitted with V6's & V8's now. We made a deal when he bought it that if it was something he wanted to keep for the future then I would buy it from him if he ever needed to get rid of it. He found that living on your own, having a girlfriend and having to shop the Fiero was not the best choice possible. So I bought it from him and I'm going to fix it up and drive it next summer. He planned on painting it this spring so it is almost all sanded and ready for paint. He threw the interior back together so I have to pull it apart and rebuild it properly. There is a problem with the clutch that I have to get fixed, it isn't releasing. I'm sure the release bearing is dinked.
I've got another hood for it, with an air extractor in it that I had made. I also have a 4" cowl induction scoop for it. I'm not sure what color it's going to get sprayed but my daughter says I should paint it dark metallic purple!

So that's the story on it.
