i am doing a complete resto job . i have sandblasted entire underneath of my 79. new pst every thing , frame mounts , heavy duty shackle kit , painted rear end springs , perches , etc you get the pic if not http://photobucket.com/chrisdeforest i have measure the frame over and over and im still off about an eighth of an inch diagnal on on side and the dowel holes next to the middle frame bushings one lines up and the other is off a little. my question is will this be big enough to create a problem or will it be no big deal and a front end alignment make up the difference? the only way to fix i think is to die grind the hole out where the frame bolt goes cause the frame doesnt pull up far enough to get correct measurements any advice or help would be appreciated .
