hi everyone i have a great fiberglass hood to sell or TRADE
its a glasstek worth 300 with out the scoop,scoops are 190-290? i believe, you can check it out on there page- so its a round 500+ hood
nothing wrong with i need a 70-76 i want a ram air hood
so for sale or trade- 250,it is a pin on TA SHAKER HOOD
you can take the scoop off,and re sell it if you want
im in springfield illinois its costly to ship im sure so pick up would be a best option

i might be interested is there any cracks or deep scratchs in it? you say the scoop comes off how is it mounted on there and would there be any damage to the hood once it is off or what would have to be fixed to repair it ? i live in la grange mo , which is 15 minutes from quincy ill.

hi - there are no scratches that i know of its a nice hood
the hoods are made,and sold as ta shaker hoods-from glasstek,go to there web site ,and you can see a image of them
and they add the scoops,with fiberglass resin(glue),they are sold separately,and are expensive as well
- i guess a dremel would cut the scoop off ,and be as thin as wire so you could keep it or sell it,then a lil prepp work,,and the hood will be ready to prime ,and paint- or mold a different scoop on
i hate the prostock scoops my self so it would be gone even if i keep the hood, i like the aero look (close to the hood)
if you want more pics i can get them so you can be sure with out driving all the way-
DON'T WANT ANYONE MISS INFORMED-- i don't like that stuff
ill kick my self in the rear im betting -because i love the 79-81 nose with the right paint
but oh well i like the 70 more
